Our Company is seeking:
An experienced and highly motivated Punch Out Technician for our Multi-Family Community of 319 units in Cary, North CarolinaRequirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Apartment industry experience is preferred
- High School diploma, or GED equivalency
- Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
- Must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage time
Identifies areas or items in need of improvement or replacement and makes recommendations.
Performs turnkey operations, punches items including but not limited to
- Plumbing repairs
- Lock, smoke alarms repairs/replacements
- Appliance repairs
- A/C filters replacements
- Light bulbs replacements
Assists with performance of preventative maintenance onsite.
Assists with completion of work orders as needed.
Ensures all inventory items are in good working condition.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
