Atlantic Staffing Consultants is Hiring a Mover Near Wilmington, NC
Atlantic Staffing is looking for 4 Movers for a Temporary 1-Week Job at a local Preparatory Academy in the Porters Neck area to help move school furniture.
Basic Duties & Requirements :
- Move furniture in an office / school environment
- Assemble and or fix furniture when needed
- Effectively communicate with co-workers, and management
- Promote a safe, professional, and friendly environment at all times
- Promote and represent company professionally and effectively.
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work the entire week (all 5 days)
- Clean criminal background to work on school property
- Vehicle or reliable transportation
- Ability to lift / move 50-100 pounds safely
- Professional appearance - clean clothes, good hygiene, well-kept facial hair
- Ability to teach, lead, motivate, and adapt to various situations
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, kneel, push, pull, carry, and lift all sizes and weights of objects.
Pay & Hours :
- Monday - Friday July 8th - July 12th
- 8 AM - 2 PM (6-hour daily shift) with a 15 minute break at 11 AM
- 1 Week Only - Must be able to work all 5 days.
- $16.00 an hour
All candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
