We are excited to offer a Class A CDL Truck Driver position with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Our fleet consists of late model Kenworth T-680 automatic trucks, featuring Thermo King APUs, 2500-watt inverters, refrigerators, double bunks, Bluetooth, and outward-facing cameras. You’ll have the opportunity to take your truck and trailer home if you have a secure parking location. The job involves 100% no-touch refrigerated freight, with 50% of loads being drop & hook and 50% live load/unload. Our trailers, averaging 1-2 years in age, are equipped with SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamics to improve fuel efficiency.

This position covers the Regional Southwest area, operating south of I-80, east of I-25, and west of the Mississippi River. Expect to drive 2,300 - 2,700 miles per week, earning an average weekly pay of $1,200 - $1,500, with payments made every Friday via direct deposit. You'll be home every other week for 2 days off.

Additional benefits include a 3-day orientation in Irving, TX, with travel by flight or bus, meals, and a single-room stay at La Quinta Inn. Orientation pay is $250, and a TWIC card will be required (obtained during orientation if you do not already have one). While a Hazmat endorsement is not required, you’ll earn an extra $50 per Hazmat load if you have it, and we will reimburse the cost if you obtain it. We offer a rider and pet policy with no waiting period, paid vacation after one year, holiday pay after 90 days, and comprehensive insurance options (medical, vision, prescription, and life) available after 90 days. A 401(k) plan is offered after one year.

Additional details include an average length of haul between 375-475 miles, with 60% drop & hook and 40% live load/unload, typically involving 1 pickup and 1 delivery with occasional extra drops.
