We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Toppenish, WA. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to support and shape our company's human resources initiatives while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
As HR Generalist, you will:
- Provide support and coaching to employees at all levels
- Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and employment laws
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes
- Manage worker's compensation claims and process bi-monthly payroll
- Participate in the Company Safety Committee
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
- SHRM-CP OR SPHR/PHR certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
