Description
Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Retail Sales Manager. This individual will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Sales Department and be responsible for overall performance.
As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area.
Your New Role:
- Coordinate and lead the retail sales team to achieve new and used sales goals.
- Will be responsible for market share commitments and growth.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Will streamline operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage potential customer leads and CRM activity.
- Collaborate with the service team on customer needs.
- Work directly with the marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Mentor and develop the skills of the sales team.
- Understand the Company’s products as well as competitive products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support is achieved.
- Manage stock inventory levels at all locations and assist with quarterly audits.
- Conduct sales meetings, attend trade shows, and other events.
- Monthly travel to our seven store locations within the Chicagoland area.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A valid driver’s license
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 5 years of B2B sales experience
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Experience in construction management or sales is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
