The mission of the Vice President, Equipment Sales is to create an incredible sales experience for all customers by ensuring that our products solve their problems. You are toensure our sales people are the most competent and accomplished in the industry and that the sales process is fast, efficient and accurate. The key objectives for this roleare to create and nurture lasting relationships with your customers and employees by continuously contributing to their success and by providing an excellent Quincy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and energize the equipment salesteams by communicating the Quincy Vision in a clear and cohesive way
• Develop the core sales strategies and key tactics needed to reach the vision
• Manage the business growth, operational efficiency and finances in line with the agreed equipment sales targets
• Provide clear leadership, coaching and teambuilding, be easy to follow
• Continuously develop the company culture

Expected Activities:

• Total focus on execution, which means identifying weaknesses, creating plans and setting priorities
• Financial management, know where we are, why, and how to reach the agreed target
• Develop an strong understanding of all processes across all disciplines
• Drive implementation of new products and processes
• People development, both immediate team and beyond, with focus on coaching and mentoring (not inspection)
• Organization development and selection - make sure we have the right people in the right place, using all their potential
• Visioning of the future needs of the business and organization
