THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to join our South Plainfield, NJ headquarters. This role is pivotal in leading our technical recruitment efforts within the construction industry. 

As a key member of our people team, you will bring a proven track record in technical recruiting and a deep understanding of assembling successful teams for our clients. The ideal candidate will:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Staffing Needs & Forecasting: Determine current staffing needs and produce accurate forecasts
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies and hiring plans
• Employment Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance our employment brand
• Sourcing & Recruitment: Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needsRecruitment Processes: Plan and conduct interviews, screening calls, and other selection processes
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates
• Employee Retention & Development: Assist in retaining and developing employees
• Supervision: Oversee recruiting personnel
• Career Events: Organize and/or attend remote career fairs, assessment centers, and other events
• Metrics & Reporting: Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Proficient in selection methods and techniques
• Skilled in using social media and job boards for recruitment
• Understanding of various roles and competenciesFamiliar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field

COMPENSATION:

• Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, including a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, exempt salaried position.
