Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate, build rapport and engage with homeowners in various distress situations.

Lead Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Gather essential information to assess the prospect's needs and potential for conversion.

Maintain Database:

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, including details of calls, lead status, and appointment schedules.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and organize client information effectively.

Follow-Up Communication:

Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication.

  • Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
  • Adaptability to In-Person Meetings:
  • Transition from initial calls to in-person appointments or virtual meetings as the sales process advances.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills and adapt to evolving sales methodologies.

Collaborate with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the owner on offer to purchase various
