Our client is a reputable B2B company that offers a comprehensive suite of payment solutions for businesses, including credit card processing and merchant account services. They are actively seeking an Operations/Data Entry Specialist to work closely with their internal teams to ensure that both existing and new processes meet expected service levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a great contract opportunity, and we are looking to fill the position as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all reporting and processing timelines are met.
- Handle production data, both automated and manually processed.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to maintain production levels.
- Manage daily processing, and exception handling.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform data entry and manipulation tasks.
- Utilize Excel and SQL skills for various operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- MUST have Excel and SQL experience.
- AT least 1 year of work experience.
- Must be detail-oriented.
