Our client is an integrated real estate firm that develops, invests in, and manages luxury multi-family buildings in New York City and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Ability to convert phone calls into community tours and turn community tours into leases.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Maintain great resident relations.
• Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets.
• Ability to sell property products to prospects.
• Accurately preparing lease-related paperwork and thorough knowledge of all included documents
• Manage and execute marketing initiatives and put together marketing materials

Qualifications

• 5 years of Residential Leasing experience
• 3 years of managerial experience
• Must have experience with Class A luxury leasing
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity on a personal as well as professional levels
• Yardi experience is a huge plus
