Vice President - Private Funds - Must have 6-8 years, combo, credit experience and CPA required.

Day-to-Day Accounting/Operations:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including funding investments and communication with the External Fund Administrator.

NAV Package Coordination & Review:

• Oversee and review the Administrator’s Net Asset Value (NAV) package, ensuring accuracy in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Financial Statement Preparation & Review:

• Prepare and review quarterly financial statements and related reports for accuracy and completeness.

Liaison with Outside Service Providers:

• Act as the primary point of contact for external parties such as administrators, auditors, lenders, and other service providers.

Collaboration with Front Office & Executive Team:

• Work closely with the front office and executive team on investment processes, including investment closings.

Portfolio Valuation Process:

• Participate in and facilitate aspects of the portfolio valuation process, ensuring accurate assessments and reviews.

Credit Facility Maintenance & Reporting:

• Manage and report on credit facilities, including borrowing base and covenant calculations, monthly reports, and asset approvals. Ensure efficient utilization of the credit facility.

Regulatory Compliance Calculations:

• Maintain and perform necessary regulatory compliance calculations to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Coordination with Other Functional Areas:

• Liaise with various functional areas of the firm, including Investment Operations, Portfolio Management, Legal/Compliance, and Investor Relations/Marketing.

Coaching Associates:

• Provide guidance and coaching to team associates, supporting their professional development.

Due Diligence & Ad-Hoc Reporting:

• Handle due diligence requests and prepare other ad-hoc reports as needed.

Ad-Hoc Projects:

• Lead or contribute to special projects such as implementing new technologies, launching new funds, creating new credit facilities, and enhancing financial reporting systems.
