Job Description:

The primary responsibilities for this role are the preparation and coordination of the federal and state tax compliance and tax provision for the Company. The Senior Tax Accountant reports to the Tax Director.

• Preparation and Review of federal and state income/franchise tax returns, utilizing CorpTax software, in accordance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and documentation for tax return preparation.
• Preparation and Review of federal and state estimated tax and extension payment calculations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to tax authorities. Monitor payment deadlines and coordinate with finance teams to optimize cash flow management.
• Assist with tax budget forecasting by analyzing historical tax data and trends. Identify potential tax liabilities or savings opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
• Support the preparation of the consolidated US current and deferred income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740. Analyze financial data, calculate taxes, and document assumptions and conclusions.
