Are you someone who is highly skilled at working with computers? Atlas Staffing is hiring an IT Technician for one of our reputable clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This is a temporary position that offers on-the-job training and opportunities for regular-status employment within the company
Objective: In this role you will be assisting in refreshing and upgrading computer hardware and software systems.
IT Tech Responsibilities:
Ensure proper backup of data
Upgrade RAM / Hard Drive if necessary
Upgrade to current operating system (Windows 10)
Install applications, patches, security upgrades
Configure machine, profiles, browsers, printers
Install VPN for remote users
User verification and signoff
Work with internal customers and across different departments
Minimum Requirements:
6 months of more professional IT experience
Proficiency with Windows 10 operating system
Knowledge of how to perform hardware upgrades
Knowledge of how to perform software install, configuration
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Wage: $20.28/hr.
