The wealth management industry is massive (>$50T AUM) but still archaic. The lack of innovation has hamstrung advisors' ability to grow their businesses and left clients feeling underwhelmed by the legacy offerings. Atlas aims to fix that. 

About the role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial wealth advisor to join our team as a founding member. You will be responsible for attracting and servicing HNW clients to the Atlas platform. Additionally, you will provide world-class investment advice to clients and work with the Atlas investment team to build and manage customized portfolios for your clients. 

As a founding member of Atlas, you will also work closely with the product and engineering teams to build the best wealth management platform in the world, complete with every feature imaginable to run and scale your business beyond what you previously thought possible.

What you’ll do for us

• Establish, cultivate, and enhance relationships with HNW clients
• Work with the product and engineering teams to build out the Atlas technology platform and new features
• Appear on camera in Atlas video content, boosting your personal brand 
• Build and implement iterative financial plans and wealth strategies
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of financial planning, investments, and tax planning
• Be an active part of a collaborative team and share best practices
• Assist our engineering and product teams with creating product plans and roadmaps
• Research and present investment strategies
• Coordinate tax filing and estate planning

What will set you apart

• Currently advising a $50m book of business
• Active designation(s) as a CFP, CPWA, CFA or similar
• 5-8 years experience in client-facing financial services roles
• Significant experience in delivering financial advice directly to consumers
• Exceptional investment acumen and knowledge of broader planning topics
• Significant experience using financial services technology is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational, leadership, and written communication skills
• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or other related major preferred
