Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $99,700 - $132,900
Zone B: $89,800 - $119,700
Zone C: $82,800 - $110,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:Deliver excellence in all foundational EA tasks, including calendar management, email management, travel coordination, expense processing, and administrative duties.
Partner with your leaders to manage their time effectively and ensure they are well-prepared for all meetings.
Develop trusted relationships with leaders' internal and external partners to stay in sync with priorities and actions.
Bring teams together and serve as a common thread and connection point within a global Customer Success team.
Participate in meetings, take notes, and lead action items to completion.
Run both virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution.
Help draft communications on behalf of leaders, including presentations, blogs, and emails.
Review datasets (e.g., engagement surveys) to create insightful reports.
Lead and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Participate in Leadership Operations meetings and build strong relationships across the team.
5 years of demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders.
A strong team player with the ability to report to and take direction from your EA team lead.
A strategic partner with experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth technology companies.
Expertise in planning and executing remote and in-person events and meetings at scale.
Ability to work efficiently and navigate new technologies and systems to enhance productivity.
Self-sufficient and capable of making decisions based on data and experience.
A high performer with a keen drive to make an impact.
Proven experience managing conflicting priorities and demands, focusing on solutions, and navigating change effectively.
Strong communication skills, capable of drafting and reviewing communications on behalf of leaders.
