ResponsibilitiesOur Leadership Operations team is a global team of over 60 Executive and Administrative Assistants. Our mission is to S upercharge Atlassian leaders - unleashing their focus and productivity . Teamwork is at the core of everything we do and we work openly and collaboratively across the business.

Join us. We're hiring a Head of Leadership Operations to lead our global team of administrative and executive assistants!
  • Lead our team towards our vision of becoming a world class team! Set a high bar of craft excellence and high-impact partnerships to supercharge Atlassian leaders.
  • Be the voice of the craft at Atlassian. Build the craft brand, engage with customers (Atlassian leaders!), and continuously build towards an elevated leader experience.
  • Drive operational excellence through proactive resource and capacity planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional partnerships. Proactively understand and act on leader hiring, headcount planning, and organizational change.
  • Set and champion organizational craft OKRs to up-level and continuously improve the craft. Build the organizational muscle of accountability and delivery of craft impact.
  • As a leader of leaders, coach, manage, and mentor your team of C-level executive assistants.
  • Drive talent and performance management cycles in service of a healthy, high-performing organization.
Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience managing executive business partners, program managers, and/or operations professionals.
  • 5 years of experience leading a global team at an enterprise tech company.
  • Experience working and partnering with company executives and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience building a customer-centric culture and building for customer needs.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and driving operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and driving talent and organizational strategy. Including hiring, resource planning, and professional development programs to grow managers and individual contributors.
  • Deep curiosity and commitment to seek out and resolve problems, identify opportunities for innovation, and build mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • A strong learning and growth orientation, with demonstrated ability to deliver results and lead through ambiguity and change.
CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $147,900 - $197,200
Zone B: $133,100 - $177,400
Zone C: $122,700 - $163,600
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
