We're looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join the Customer Support Services (CSS) Team, reporting to the Manager of Learning & Knowledge. You'll collaborate with partners across the organization to identify learning needs, develop training strategies, and implement solutions that improve performance, engagement, and professional growth. This strategic role requires expertise in learning methodologies, instructional design, and talent development practices. CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $145,800 - $194,400
Zone B: $131,300 - $175,000
Zone C: $121,100 - $161,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities
- Perform needs analyses and make data-driven recommendations for solving complex business problems through learning or other knowledge interventions.
- Lead end-to-end learning experience design and development using best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Independently manage learning projects, including creating project plans, roadmaps, and delegating to other team members.
- Collaborate and build relationships across the organization.
- Use technology to enhance learning experiences, promote interactivity and asynchronous learning.
- Assess the effectiveness of learning solutions and refine designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on instructional design best practices, learning technology tools, and project management techniques.
- 7 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related role
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
- Experience leading complex change and communicating to increase adoption
- Demonstrated technical skills such as eLearning development and video production
- Experience working in a global organization
- Experience working in high-tech or customer support organizations
- Portfolio of your learning design work available upon request
