Job Description
Current Product Reliability Engineer
We are looking for a talented Current Product Reliability Engineer to join our team in Stoughton, WI or Cookeville, TN. This role applies knowledge of statistical tools and warranty databases to analyze existing components or system reliability and provides interpretations of the results.
Responsibilities

• Performs as the local technical expert for one or more engineering specialties.
• Solves complex problems impacting multiple projects.
• Communicates with and influences key external stakeholders and business leaders.
• Drives and manages system-level requirements for projects or programs.
• Collaborates with Atmus peers within their discipline.
• Advises leaders regarding the identification and resolution of complex problems.
• Applies knowledge across various areas and products to provide reliability comparisons and assessments across the Atmus core product range and identify and report adverse or favorable trends in current product reliability.
• Applies knowledge of statistical and life data analysis techniques to statistically quantify the reliability impact of design change.
• Works with current product problem-solving teams as well as warranty and finance functions.

Qualifications
Education

• PhD, Masters of Science, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent technical degree required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience
Technical knowledge of Atmus products, including design factors that influence durability and performance across our core product group. Experience in Atmus product testing methods. Reliability analysis experience preferred.

Base salary range: $84,800 - $ 127,200
Please note that the salary range provided is a good-faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
