We are looking for a talented WARRANTY CLAIM ASSOCIATE to join our team specializing in Quality for Atmus Filtration Technologies in Stoughton WI, Onsite - This is an hourly position.

Provides support for warranty operations.

•The main focus for this role will be supporting eRCV warranty activities. This is currently being covered by the engineering team in STO as well as Jason Scherck from new product reliability.

•This role will support DAF/PACCAR and Canary as well as the Platinum project once launched.

•Job responsibilities for eRCV support:

•Receive Parts – customer ships parts directly to this person’s attention.

•Take information from the part and input into to warrant log maintained by administrator

•Write test requests and prepare parts for testing

•Review test reports, determine if additional tests are needed or disposition can be given back to Admin.

•Enter additional info from test results into Warranty log

•Deeper testing to understand specific failure modes (e.g. bearing noise is from upper or lower bearing)

•Perform special analysis or testing as requested (e.g. removal force for bearing inside vs outside of spike)

•Support investigation of warranty failures

•Prepare and ship parts to suppliers as needed (e.g. motors to KAVX)

•Prepare data and review with Chief Engineer and Quality on regular basis

•Develop into an eRCV tear-down expert to maintain part integrity for further analysis

Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision. Respond to request in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates. Communicate with stakeholders to gather information in order to properly process requests

Additional Responsibilities:

•Support warranty activities for future CV product launches (jet-assist duckbill for John Deere)

•Support STO with any air filter warranty claims

•Assist with OE warranty process by preparing claims for bulk upload into GWS

•Develop as a back-up for processing OE warranty claims

•Support CKV based warranty team with test requests needed for STO labs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Base salary range: $61,021 to $67,800/ year
