Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately

Skills:

- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
- Experience with tube feeding and ostomy care
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to provide specialized care such as dementia care and senior care
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques including CT scans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Previous experience in primary care settings is a plus
- Esthetic laser treatment experience is desirable

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
