As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for providing retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience that is intended to improve the profitability of our clients and retail partners.

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Customer Acquisition Specialist to foster positive relationships with customers for our clients by analyzing issues and assisting them in making financially beneficial decisions within a retail setting. Customer Acquisition Specialists are also responsible for receiving and analyzing feedback to make our services more enjoyable.

Customer Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions in a retail environment
• Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
• Represent the brand through retail marketing campaigns
• Interact with retail consumers and provide quality customer service.
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations
• Generate leads and drive SALES
