Job Description
•Epic Healthy Planet 3 years plus experience
•Build and support for Epic Healthy Planet. Mentor junior team members. Manage build and testing activities for assigned projects.
•Ability to work in cross functional teams.
•Should have good communication skills
•Good client handling skills
•Handle Release cycle - Review release notes, coordination with business, Build, Testing, deployment across environments
•Build and deploy minor enhancements, optimizations etc.
•Analyst must have in depth knowledge of Healthy Planet
•Knowledge of SQL/.Net/Java will be added advantage
•Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills and readiness to work across multiple applications/ modules
•Prior experience of working in ITSM and Ticketing tools like ServiceNow
