Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will join the global recruiting team and support the talent acquisition function within ATPCO. You will work with both recruiters and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle including marketing, research, outreach, and relationship development while also identifying opportunities to market ATPCO as an employer of choice. Our technology is complex, the problems are interesting, and our strategy is modern.
You WillSupport team with daily operations
Assist with ongoing projects
Create documentation for process and policy updates
Develop communication and training materials
Conduct relevant market research for recruitment activity
Assist with recruitment for both local and international positions by working with the respective hiring teams.
Help manage the recruitment lifecycle process from end to end
Manage and update the internal recruitment database and applicant tracking system
The Ideal CandidatePrior work experience in customer service or sales
Has insatiable curiosity and is willing to learn
Ability to work in a selfless, team-first environment
Has a passion for storytelling and being innovative
Interest in international development is a plus
