We are seeking a entry level Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:
-Repair and trouble shoot equipment

- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs
-Janitorial duties include but are not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned.

-Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.
- Demonstrate leadership skills when working with a team

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret schematics

Monday thru Thursday ~ 10 hour days - 3:30 PM to 2 AM
