What Impact You Can MakeSupport ing Sales and Sales Operations in various capacities. Performing Administrative duties for Sales Vice Presidents and Directors
- Provide administrative support to Sales Vice Presidents including calendar management, scheduling/coordinating live and virtual meetings, trade show attendance, travel arrangements, expense reports, and ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate planning and logistics of team meetings for Sales VPs and Directors, including on-site support as needed
- Assist Sales department hiring managers by facilitating interview process with HR
- Negotiate favorable terms with hotels and other venues for meetings and events, manage rooming lists and take appropriate measures to control costs
- Support field sales team in direction, organization, and guidance with respect to accessing appropriate persons, departments or resources in-house/externally
- Complete purchase orders and supplier set ups for sales and sales operations purchases including team apparel and other items
- Serve as a backup to other Sales Administration Team members in the event of absence (may include administrative support for executives and other administrative support)
- Collaborate effectively with teammates other departments
- Support Sales and Sales Operations activities as directed including annual Sales Awards activities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years relevant experience supporting senior level management is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams
- Event planning experience
- Strongly customer service oriented
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to travel 5-10%
