RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and team members.
  • Assist with the development and execution of recruiting plans for assigned regions
  • Attend job fairs and other events associated with recruitment - as needed

QUALIFICATIONS and preferred skills:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-year of High-Volume Recruitment experience, required
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Healthcare Recruiting, preferred
  • Ability to stay organized, motivated, multitask, and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Positive Can-Do Attitude
  • Excellent Attendance
