RESPONSIBILITES:
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and team members.
- Assist with the development and execution of recruiting plans for assigned regions
- Attend job fairs and other events associated with recruitment - as needed
QUALIFICATIONS and preferred skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year of High-Volume Recruitment experience, required
- Minimum 1-year experience in Healthcare Recruiting, preferred
- Ability to stay organized, motivated, multitask, and work independently
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
