RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage and maintain the Dietary Department
- Provide nutritional and attractive meals for our residents
- Maintain an organized sanitary environment
- Monitoring inventories and purchasing food and supplies as required
- Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in a food services related field
- Dietary Management Certification - Required
- ServSafe Certification - Required and Current
- Minimum 2yrs of experience with 1yr in a management role
- Experience with operating a budget is essential
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Experience in clinical setting/long-term care facility is a plus
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
