Atrium OB Gyn, Inc. is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team.

Job description: Greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner. Complete arrival and discharge workflow with accuracy and confidentiality including insurance verification, payment collection and scheduling. Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.

Education: High School Diploma

Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years medical office experience preferred. Effective communication and customer service skills. Passionate about healthcare excellence. Ability to use active listening skills to problem-solve. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and stay organized. Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations and adaptability to technology.

Schedule: 24 to 40 hours per week. Day shift. M-F.
