Client Overview :

Our client, a well-known higher education institution, is seeking to bring on a Part Time Administrative Coordinator . The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and be willing to help out, as needed.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

$22 / hr $24 / hr

Position Overview :

The Part Time Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing support to our academic community and will form part of an efficient, professional team.

The Part Time Administrative Coordinator position is fully onsite in Princeton, NJ for 16 20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities for the Part Time Administrative Coordinator :

  • Ensuring efficient operation of the office by carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, organizing filing systems, and managing schedules.
  • Collaborating with other members of the institution to ensure smooth communication and efficient management of scheduling.
  • Playing an important role in the preparation of meetings, conferences, or other events, which includes setting a convenient date and time, booking conference rooms, and arranging necessary equipment or catering.
  • Drafting and preparing a range of administrative documents, such as reports, memos, or invoices.
  • Using digital tools like spreadsheets and emails to efficiently carry out administrative tasks.
  • Upholding the institution’s standards by interacting effectively with students, faculty, staff, and the public.

Qualifications for the Part Time Administrative Coordinator :

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

Education Requirements :

Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
