JOB DETAILS:

Base Pay $20.00- $25.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shif differential

Night Shift Hours (6:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coaching and development of team
• Ensure team is always wearing all PPE while on the floor and ensuring all safety initiatives and requirements are being followed
• Checking with supervisors to verify correct product for the daily production
• Notifying supervisors of material inventory when material needs to be ordered
• Cross training team to maximize full potential of the team
• Working with maintenance department to ensure equipment is working and functioning properly
• Daily communications to the team, to include the goal for the day and progress
• Managing the team and their ability to complete their job in its entirety in the proper time frame

• Must be able to work Monday - Saturday (12 hour shifts)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist 
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time 
• High school diploma or GED
