Key Points

• General Ledger Entries: Prepare month-end journal entries as per US GAAP.
• Functional Teams: Work within specific accounting teams (e.g., Cash Accounting, Fixed Assets, Corporate Accounting).
• Accuracy and Documentation: Ensure entries are accurate, correctly classified, and supported by relevant documentation.
• Information Evaluation: Assess sources for journal entries, develop estimates from historical data, and follow up on documentation.
• Healthcare Accounting: Understand healthcare-specific accounting issues relevant to assigned tasks.
• Financial Reporting: Responsible for financial reporting, Clinical Engineering, and Tech Source.
• Operational Improvements: Suggest changes for operational improvements.
• Month-End Close Support: Assist Corporate Financial Reporting Group during month-end close.
• Financial Dashboards: Maintain dashboards for Information Management, Clinical Engineering, and Tech Source.
