Atronic is Hiring a Commercial Sales Consultant Near Lenexa, KS

System Design Consultant
Job Overview:Atronic’s System Design Consultant will be responsible for creating, marketing and coordinating the sale of a range of security, life safety and automation projects for commercial customers. Generating sales through networking and outreach is a key responsibility of the position. The System Design Consultant will be provided with ample internal support for the design, engineering, integration and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales and maintain existing client relationships
  • Prepare proposals and bid specifications to strategically win new business
  • Manage the sales process from the initial meeting through installation, including detailed documentation of client needs and future opportunities
  • Conduct meetings with decision-makers to thoroughly understand client needs and to provide solutions
  • Ensure high quality client satisfaction during the consultation, design and installation processes
  • Provide documentation on sales leads, forecasts and other reporting items to management as needed
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of sales experience. Experience in the security or AV industry is preferred
  • Energetic and forward-thinking team player
  • Able to excel in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Possesses strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to travel locally, attend industry events and occasional seminars
  • Authorized to work in the United States
