Position:

We are seeking a Referral Specialist for Sunrise Therapy to ensure all providers always have full caseloads. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing referrals and caseloads.

Responsibilities:

• Track all available referrals
• Accept referrals based off provider availability and service locations
• Understand referral flows for recruiting needs
• Communicate to Intake once a new case is received
• Monitor children aging out to always ensure a full provider caseload
• Reassign cases as needed
• Work collaboratively with the Supervisor on maintaining positive communication between Sunrise field staff
• Collaborate with other team members and professionals as needed to ensure optimal team member progress and outcomes.
• Maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude towards others
• Meets all deadlines set by Company, Contracts, and funding sources
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Attain
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Assist with projects and updating processes

• Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High-level problem-solving abilities

• Deep understand of the needs and culture of assigned region
