1st case : Vero Beach $18 / hr

• 26yo male with Autism.
• Monday's to Friday's 3 : 45 pm to 6 : 15 pm equals to 12 hours a week.

Duties :

• Assisting with eating.
• Supervision.
• Toileting.
• Bathing.

2nd case : Jensen Beach $17 / hr

• 26yo male with Autism.
• Saturday's and Sundays 8 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm equals to 24 hours a week.

Duties :

• Strict supervision.
• Feeding.
• Bathing.

3rd case : Jensen Beach $18 / hr

• 26yo male with Autism.

Duties :

Strict supervision.

4th case : Jensen Beach $17 / hr

• 26yo male with Autism.
• Monday's to Friday's 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm equals to 40 hours a week.

Duties :

• Strict supervision.
• Feeding.
• Toileting.
• Bathing.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and positively interact with clients.
• Provide daily living skills and social skills as part of responsibilities to the client.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Provide first aid treatment as needed.
• Documentation.

Skills :

• Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients effectively.
• Ability to interact with clients from diverse cultures.
• Ability to observe individuals and report accurate findings.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work independently.

Qualifications / Required Documentation :

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Caregiving : 1 year (Preferred).
• US work authorization. (U.S. passport or U.S. passport card. Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (this is commonly called a Green Card.) (Preferred) .
• CNA or HHA (40 Hours) Certificate (Accepted).
• Valid Driver's License & Social Security Card (Required).
• CPR / AED / First Aid Certification (Required).
• Auto registration & proof of Auto Insurance (Preferred).
• Liability Insurance (CM&F rate is $69.00 / yearly) (Required).
• CEU certificates : HIV / AIDs, Zero Tolerance, HIPPA, Direct Core Competency (I will assist with this) (Required).
• Void check or equivalent (for bi-weekly direct deposit).
• Level 2 and local background check. (Preferred).
• 2 professional references. (Required).
