Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development and lead generation strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Present product information, demonstrate product features, and highlight the benefits to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION INSULATION SALES
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
