IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator - Charlottesville, VA

We are supporting a tech-focussed non-profit in Charlottesville, VA, looking for an on-site IT Support Analyst / System Administrator to manage their IT and Windows Infrastruture. You will be supporting the team manage a life-changing technology making a genuinly huge impact on improving people's lives!

Responsibilities:

• This is not a role where you will be sitting at your desk with earphones in, you'll be supporting people deskside and proactively.
• Ownership of new and existing software and systems
• Support with O365, Windows Infrastructure, Salesforce, AV systems and more.

Essential Qualifications:

• SysAdmin with ideally 4-8 years IT Support experience in a Microsoft shop
• Okta knowledge, migration experience preferred
• Expertise with Windows suite, including all of: O365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, Windows Security, Sharepoint, and networking
• Mac OS support.
• Salesforce knowledge
• MFA experience
• IT Support-related Project Management experience
• Friendly, outgoing character who is not afraid to mingle, but understands boundaries and when people need to get on with their work!
