We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO/Doctor. This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO/Doctor while also managing the coordination of care for concierge patients and overseeing scheduling, including infusion appointments. The ideal candidate will have a background as a medical assistant, combining administrative skills with a solid understanding of medical terminology and patient care processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact and provide administrative support to the CEO/Doctor.

- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

- Coordinate care for concierge patients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

- Schedule and manage infusion appointments for patients as per prescribed protocols.

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.

- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and external offices.

- Assist with medical records management and ancillary appointment scheduling

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

- Perform general office duties

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Background as a medical assistant is strongly preferred.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care procedures.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Compassionate demeanor and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
