Job Description
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist / Receptionist with a strong accounting and customer service background to assist our client and their accounting team as they grow and expand their operations in Lawrenceville!
JOB TITLE: Accounts Receivable Specialist / Receptionist
LOCATION: Lawrenceville, GA
HOURS: 8 am to 5 pm
TYPE: Temp-To-Perm
PAY: 40-50,000k a year (BOE)
The Accounts Receivable Specialist / Receptionist will:
-Support the Accounts Payable/ Receivable department
-Will be involved in areas such as Accounting, Invoicing, and Collections
-Will utilize intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables) for inputting or pulling data needed
-Will exhibit a professional demeanor at all times
-Assist in directing customers and clients from the front desk, as well as any other administrative or customer service duties needed
The ideal candidate for The Accounts Receivable Specialist / Receptionist has:
-Two years of proven Accounts Receivable experience.
-Excellent data entry and Microsoft Office Suite skills
-Great knowledge of Excel
-Outstanding oral and written communication skills
-A High School Diploma or GED
Essential qualities in The Accounts Receivable Specialist / Receptionist candidate:
-Detailed oriented
-Self-starter and able to work independently.
-Highly organized and able to multitask based on priorities.
-Problem solver and analytical thinker
