We are seeking an efficient Order Processor/CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

TEMP to HIRE

Salary: $20- $22 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with possible overtime, but not guaranteed.

Location: Hemet, CA

Job Duties:

• Enter orders into ERP system
• Enter PO's from customers into ERP
• Prepares work orders for distribution to the production department
• Ensures SOP's are up to date and changed as needed.
• Receive and make calls direct from and to customers through call center log in.
• Review Bill of Material (BOM) and adjust as needed

Skills and Experience Needed

• 4 years of customer service and admin experience
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, spreadsheets and databases
• Must be very detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills
