Job Role Overview
  • JD with 3-5 years experience with increasing responsibility in real estate, private equity, and/or business litigation. Extremely strong business acumen.
  • Proven track record of optimizing risk / reward.
  • Expertise in deal structuring and transactions work.
  • Real Estate Private Equity expertise preferred, including financing, capital raising, and acquisitions.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity, keeping stewardship top of mind. Strong backbone. Patient, unflappable temperament. Long term oriented. Makes decisions dispassionately. Unconventional, contrarian thinker.
  • Excellent written and oral communication. Willing and ready to directly pitch investors to raise capital, especially from HNW/UHNW and family offices.
  • Help lead the team to scalably raise capital on attractive terms by understanding the investor mindset, developing high quality investor materials (written, visual, video, and more), and effectively presenting the opportunity to aligned capital partners.
  • Sterling reputation for delivering results in the top 10% of peers; evidenced by strong industry relationships, numerous repeat customers, and track record.
  • Scrappy, frugal, outside the box thinker with extreme grit. Extreme ownership mentality. Finds a way or makes one.
Compensation & Requirements
  • Compensation commensurate with skill set with a bias toward equity to ensure shareholder alignment, hunger, maximum upside, and "skin in game".
  • Realize life's short; determined to make the biggest possible long-term impact.
  • Strong preference for candidate to based in Austin.
