ATX Learning is Hiring a Special Education Paraprofessional Near Winchester, CT

We are hiring full-time Special Education Paraprofessionals/ Teacher's Aide.  We offer fantastic Quarterly Performance Bonus and assignment completion bonus to our Special Ed Paraprofessionals/ Teacher's Aide.

Responsibilities - Paraprofessional/Teacher's Aide:
  • Assist student in classroom sessions and help to complete work assigned by the teachers.
  • Track student progress and create reports for the student support team’s review.
  • Understand what the child is accomplishing academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Act as a nurturing and encouraging influence.Monitor the student and minimize distractions and disruption.
  • Services with student/school specific assignments.

Requirements

    Paraprofessional/Teacher's Aide:
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree
  • Experience working as a teacher’s aide, teacher, or paraprofessional
  • Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and emotional maturity.
