As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the local Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC real estate market, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and exhibit a strong record of accomplishment of closing successful deals.

Requirements:

• Licensed Residential Real Estate Agent in Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC
• Active real estate license in Georgia and/or South Carolina.
• Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales and closings in the local market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate for clients' needs.
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism.

Essential Job Functions:

• Utilize extensive market knowledge and industry expertise to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on current market trends to advise clients effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
• Negotiate and draft offers, purchase agreements, and contracts while advocating for clients' best interests.
• Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and property inspections.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Continuously network and prospect for new clients through various channels to expand business opportunities.
