Candidates with one or more of the following skills or areas of experience/skills will be prioritized but are NOT required for consideration:

Repair and install electrical systems or components

Service, preventative, or installation of plumbing, piping and fixtures

Build or repair structures including walls, decks, etc.

Repair or install appliances, furnaces, or other equipment

Experience is NOT required in a specific field but candidates with past experience or training in roofing, plumbing, heating, electrical, or carpentry will be considered to start at a higher wage.

Requirements

Pass a drug screening

Pass a credit and criminal record background check

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Located within 20 minutes (drive) of Auburn Hills or Rochester

Valid driver’s license

We are a well-established property management company seeking technicians to train and help manage our communities. Learn to be a well-rounded repair technician or join us if you have repair experience! Experience is not required. Our communities are very busy and a steady 40-hour work week is expected. Technicians can enjoy very competitive pay and benefits and are paid similarly (or more) than many skilled tradesmen without having to sacrifice most of their weekend or holiday time. We employee many loyal and long-term team members and there is opportunity for growth in skillset and growth within the company.
