JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently hiring for an Environmental Services Technician who enjoys cleaning while establishing relationships with our residents, their families, friends and visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an attractive and comfortable home in an environment consistent with regulations and established policies and procedures
• Clean designated areas such as resident living spaces, common areas, and other areas as assigned
• Launder and iron resident personal laundry as assigned
• General cleaning, floor care, washing, sanitizing, polishing furniture / fixtures, waste removal, stocking supplies and cleaning windows
• Replenish housekeeping and laundry supplies in work areas as needed
• Ensure that equipment, tools, and supplies are cleaned and properly stored at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• Must 16 years or older
• Ability to take direction, prioritize duties, and organize work with others
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all team members and residents
