Long Term Care Lead Pharmacist (Full-Time)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Time Lead Pharmacist to join our team at AuBurn Pharmacy Long Term Care. As the Lead Pharmacist, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide clinical leadership, and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to our long-term care residents. Our closed-door pharmacy, located in Olathe, KS, services local nursing homes, group homes and other similar facilities. With a commitment to quality care and personalized service, we are passionate about improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall healthcare experience. Shifts are 8 hours (between 10am to 6:30pm) with on-call at times and rotating weekends.
Ideal candidates should be dedicated to help lead our pharmacy into the future and be involved in the community. We focus on all aspects of a closed-door pharmacy including immunization clinics, assisted cycle fill, eMAR integration, sterile and non-sterile compounding and offer several types of packaging with two forms of automation. This position requires someone who is outgoing, assertive, great at multitasking, customer focused, and detail oriented with excellent management and supervisory skills. Experience in LTC and/or with FrameworkLTC software preferred. Will help to manage employees within the building alongside the Pharmacist in Charge.
