How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. The Parts Advisor will contribute to the success of the Parts department by providing prompt service to customers. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Ensuring customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and per brand standards
  • Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction and brand Customer Survey Score Cards by ensuring the quality and promptness of all parts requests
  • Complete training programs and certification programs
  • Monitors shop conditions, cleanliness, and safety
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answers phone calls, provides price quotes and other information as needed
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock
  • Conducts a weekly bin check to ensure the accuracy of stock
  • Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair order
  • Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Must follow and adhere to brand guidelines and customer service expectations
  • Must have a strong focus on keeping KPI scores high
  • Must be a process-driven individual with the strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • 1-year experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
