**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, including setting up the warehouse, inventory management, order fulfillment, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge in NVOCC, freight, forklift operation, inventory control, supervising, and budgeting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize warehouse processes to ensure efficient operations

- Oversee inventory management and control to minimize stock discrepancies

- Coordinate order fulfillment activities to meet customer demands

- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency

- Utilize NVOCC knowledge to streamline freight logistics

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

- Conduct buying activities to replenish stock levels as needed

- Onboard, train and supervise, all (part time, full time and seasonal) warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols

- Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in inventory management and control within a warehouse setting

- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and best practices

- Strong background in process improvement methodologies

- Knowledge of NVOCC operations and freight logistics

- Proficiency in forklift operation and maintenance

- Experience in purchasing, inventory control systems and meeting deadlines under pressure

-Exceed productivity targets while maintaining a positive work environment

- Leads by example to motivate that has prior experience supervising warehouse teams

- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively with meticulous organization

-Computer software experience-Outlook, Excel
