Downtown Manhattan firm is seeking M A attorneys for a Senior Associate or Counsel role who want significant hands-on experience and responsibility, small deal teams, client contact and a path to partnership. Firm has well-established reputation in the financial services and investment management arena. Clients are mostly venture capital and private equity for buy-side deals. Compensation is market and the firm has a reputation for very low turnover.

Requirements

• 5-12 years of M A experience from an AM Law 200 firm or recognized boutique
• Must be able to run a deal and manage junior associates
• Active NY bar admission

Details

• Location: downtown Manhattan
• No billable hour requirement but associates average ~1900 hours/year
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in/2 days remote)
• Compensation: $295-415K, commensurate with experience, bonus program
