Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Coordinates patient care activities, based on established priorities, including teaching, rounding, counseling, and discharge planning. Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, family members, and members of the health care team about the patient's plan of care.
