Job Description: Essential Job Functions: • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Consulting Services division in alignment with the overall company objectives. Identify market trends, opportunities, and emerging challenges to position the company as a leader in technology consulting. • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, advisors, and subject matter experts. Provide guidance, support professional growth, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technology challenges, and developing customized solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful execution of projects and delivery of value. • Work closely with the consulting team to design and develop innovative, effective, and tailored solutions that address clients' technology challenges. Ensure the quality and relevance of solutions delivered to clients. • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within existing client accounts. Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, pitching to clients, and negotiating contracts. • Oversee the financial performance of the Consulting Services division, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining profitability. • Establish yourself and the company as thought leaders in the technology consulting space through participation in industry events, conferences, and publications. • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client engagement and service delivery. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 12 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role in consulting • Extensive experience in consulting with a strong track record of successful projects • In-depth knowledge of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA) • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
